FALL OF PENTAPOLIS — DELETE YOUR DATA

Fall of Pentapolis is played anonymously — there is no account, email, or password. Your progress is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device. You can request deletion of that data at any time, free of charge.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
1. Email fallofpentapolis@fineapps.gr with the subject PRIVACY — Delete my data.
2. Include your in-game nickname (Settings → Profile) so we can locate your anonymous, device-tied data.
3. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within the timeline below.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your game progress — level, experience, attributes, unlocked heroes and items, in-game currency, stage progress, and trophies
- Your nickname and your anonymous device identifier
- Your leaderboard entry
- Your friends connections and daily-login streak
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
- Purchase records — transaction records for in-app purchases are retained as required by law and accounting/tax rules (handled via Google Play; we never hold your card details).
- Anonymized data — data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics.
- Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the rolling backup cycle (below).
DELETION TIMELINE
- Active data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of your verified request.
- Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
- Records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as the law requires.
Note: because the game is anonymous, simply uninstalling the app or resetting your device also detaches you from your data — reinstalling generates a brand-new anonymous identity. For a full server-side deletion, use the email request above.
