FALL OF PENTAPOLIS — DELETE YOUR DATA

Fall of Pentapolis is played anonymously — there is no email or password. Your progress is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device. You can delete it yourself, at any time, free of charge.

DELETE IT YOURSELF, IN THE GAME

1. Open the Game and go to Settings → MY ACCOUNT.

2. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT, then tap again to confirm.

3. The account is disabled the moment you confirm — no email, no request to approve. The Game carries straight on as a brand-new anonymous player: empty profile, no progress, no friends, and you are off the leaderboard immediately.

4. The old account is then held for 30 days and permanently erased at the end of that period. The wait exists so that an accidental deletion is not fatal: if you sign back into the old account within the 30 days, the Game tells you the date it is scheduled for erasure and offers three choices — RESTORE MY ACCOUNT, START FRESH, or DELETE NOW if you would rather not wait. Once the 30 days elapse the erasure runs automatically and cannot be undone.

IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE GAME INSTALLED

1. Email fallofpentapolis@fineapps.gr with the subject PRIVACY — Delete my data.

2. Include your in-game nickname so we can locate your anonymous, device-tied data.

3. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within the timeline below.

WHAT GETS DELETED

• Your game progress — level, experience, attributes, unlocked heroes and items, in-game currency, stage progress, and trophies
• Your nickname and your anonymous device identifier
• Your leaderboard entry
• Your friends connections and daily-login streak
• Your link to Game Center or Google Play Games, and any transfer code you were issued — after the 30-day period ends, so that once erasure runs the account cannot be restored from any device

WHAT WE KEEP, DETACHED FROM YOU

A few records survive deletion because we are required to keep them, or because erasing them would harm other players. In every case your identifier and nickname are stripped out first, so what remains is no longer linked to you:

• Purchase records — retained as required by law and accounting/tax rules. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never hold your card details.
• Reports about conduct — reports other players filed, and reports filed about your account, are kept so that deleting an account cannot erase a safety record.
• Match history — records of co-op games you played remain, with your name replaced, so the other players' own history stays intact.
• Diagnostic logs — kept briefly for troubleshooting, with your identifier removed.
• Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the rolling backup cycle (below).

DELETION TIMELINE

• Deleting in the Game disables the account immediately — it stops working, disappears from the leaderboard, and the Game restarts you as a new anonymous player.
• Permanent erasure of that account runs 30 days later. Until then you can restore it, or choose DELETE NOW to erase it at once.
• For an emailed request, active data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as the law requires.
